New Ordinance passed for Utility Vehicles and Off-Road Vehicles

The City Council passed Ordinance 2022-08 at their meeting that allows the use of All-Terrain Vehicles and Off-Road Vehicles in the city limits of Richland Springs. Prior to the passage of this Ordinance it was against the law to ride any off-road vehicle on a public roadway.
