How do I get Utilities Turned On?

The City of Richland Springs supplies water, sewer, and garbage for its customers. In order to begin services, submit an application to stop by City Hall, drop completed application in drop box at city hall or send to richlandspringswater@gmail.com

Along with application, you will need $100 deposit and $20 connect fee.

The city allows for your bill to be drafted from your account. Payments are drafted on the 15th of each month or last working day before the 15th. To set up payment, please submit bank form to the City
