Municipal Court and Law Enforcement

The City of Richland Springs began the City of Richland Springs Municipal Court in July 2022. The Municipal Court will be held at City Hall. Municipal Judge is J. T. Owens.  Municipal Court Clerk is Chris Perry.

Law Enforcement for the city is primarily served by San Saba Sheriff's Office (325-372-5551). The city has an agreement with San Saba County to employ off-duty deputies to serve the City of Richland Springs. The deputies will assist in enforcing city ordinances and state law, to include traffic laws.
